Before being employed by Tall Trees Community Care all prospective staff are comprehensively screened and evaluated to ensure they have the highest levels of honesty, integrity, professional ability and devotion to providing the best possible care. Then once employed all staff undergo thorough initial and ongoing training along with continuing evaluation making sure that they are properly perpared and committed to providing you with the most up to date and highest standards of care.
We also strive to ensure the carer supporting the client has a personality that is compatible and wherever possible there is continuity.
