We take the provision of care very seriously at Tall Trees, and that’s why we have a dedicated Director of Care that’s responsible for coordinating programs of the highest quality across all of our neighbourhoods.
“Hi, my name is Gae Munsie, and I’m proud to say that I’m the Director of Care at Tall Trees. I’ve had over 35 years of experience in senior management roles at both Gold Coast Hospital and Allamanda Private Hospital, initially as an Operating Theatre Manager but then branching out into roles such as Deputy Executive Officer and Executive Officer. Before starting at Tall Trees I spent 12 years as the manager at aged care facilities, during which time I introduced models of care that were recognised by the industry as “best practice”. I believe our seniors deserve the absolute best in care in an environment that allows them to live their lives the way they would like to. Working with Tall Trees allows me to build on my passion with a company that is truly changing the face of aged care in Australia.”
